Our Founding

As our family sat around the Christmas tree, our conversation focused on the year ahead and what it may look like to join our individual real estate assets together to create a family real estate investment and development company. Our original goal was to create a retirement plan that outperformed the stock market. However, we soon realized that a high performing retirement plan paled in comparison to the need smaller communities had, like our own, for high quality housing and facilities.

It is out of these ideas that Gilmore & Associates was born. We knew that with our strong family bond we could come together, using our assets, skills, and relationships, to help fulfill this need of small communities.  Now, our entire family is involved in the company and all hands are on deck with each project.
